Sprenger Pronamic Anatomic Snaffle Bit

Snaffle bit from the German brand Sprenger, Pronamic model made with the worldwide known material, Sensogan, for all disciplines developed for high-level horses to find the contact forward without losing elevation and with correct neck placement.

The new mouthpiece of the brand developed by Heiko Schmidt-Sentek in collaboration with Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and Benjamin Werndl goes one step further in millimeter technology to improve sports performance and communication between the rider and the horse.

Made with Sensogan, a material patented by Sprenger together with the Hannover Veterinary School and the German Warendord Riding School, composed of a small percentage of copper with two trace elements, magnesium and zinc that not only promote salivation and chewing for a correct acceptance of the bit but releases a small amount of magnesium helping to relax the horse's muscles.

Simple articulated bit, anatomically curved that have a forward flared port to invite the horse to connect with the rider's hand forward while keeping the neck elevated, which is why it is recommended for horses that have completed the basic levels of training correctly and strong with the physical ability to do collection exercises. Compared to regular anatomically curved models, the Pronamic bit relieves the lower jaw making it especially suitable for sensitive horses or horses with thin tongues.

Speaking specifically of jumping, it is an excellent option for horses that pull energetically towards the obstacle and tend to strain their necks. Thanks to the special shape of the bit the rider has a more effective influence without having to make sudden changes in the hardness of the contact. This can avoid exaggerated reactions such as raising the horse's head to avoid contact, thus improving harmony between the pairing.
