Jump In High Port Pelham with Independent Rings

Special Pelham from the French brand Jump'In, which is the fusion between a snaffle bit and the bradoon-weymouth combination due to the particularity of the position in its rings combined with the leverage effect that enhances the action to a higher level to provide precision and strength to the rider.

The rotating rings separated from the legs of the bit provide more action than a standard Pelham can provide, offering a strong lever action due to the length of the legs that can be modulated according to the placement of the chain and rein. The design of this piece causes the horse to give in to the neck and puts pressure on the jaws.

The mouthpiece is made of German silver, an alloy composed of 65% copper, 23% zinc, and 12% nickel that activates chewing and salivation to relax the horse towards the bit. The straight, slim cannon provides greater control for the rider and offers the horse a stable surface to rely on, with a tongue port to create space.

It can be used directly with one or two reins and with or without Pelham bridges. The action of the chain can be softened by lining it or replacing it with a leather or nylon one.
